LM Booking – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

LM Booking is a platform that connects musicians, producers, creatives, and talents with professional recording studios and other creative spaces. In the future, we will also add DJs, more talents, and additional creative spaces to offer even greater variety and better meet the diverse needs of your projects.

  • Choose a studio: Browse our platform and select the studio that best fits your needs.

  • Select duration & package: Choose how long you need the studio and pick a package that suits you (Beginner, Newcomer, Professional).

  • Pay reservation fee: Confirm your booking by paying a 15% reservation fee through a secure Stripe payment link.

  • Pay remaining balance: Settle the rest of the payment directly at the studio, either in cash or by card, depending on the studio’s accepted payment methods.

 

No account required: You don’t need to create an account to book a studio. You will receive all the booking details, including confirmation directly via email.

To list your studio, please contact us via email or fill out the application form on our website. We will review your studio and get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations by the Customer:

    • Up to 48 hours before the booking: You can cancel your booking, and your 15% reservation fee will be retained.

    • Less than 48 hours before the booking: The reservation fee is non-refundable.

    Cancellations by the Studio:

    • Up to 48 hours before the booking: If the studio needs to cancel, you can either reschedule for free or receive a full refund of the reservation fee. The refund will be processed to the payment method you used for booking.

    • Less than 48 hours before the booking: If the studio cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, you can still reschedule for free or receive a full refund of the reservation fee. The refund will be processed to the payment method you used for booking. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, LM Booking will reimburse the reservation fee

    Rescheduling:

    • Up to 48 hours before the booking: You can reschedule your booking if you and the studio agree on an alternative time. LM Booking will facilitate the communication between you and the studio to find a new time.

    • Less than 48 hours before the booking: Rescheduling is only possible in exceptional cases and with the studio’s approval.

    Rescheduling by the Studio:

    If the studio cancels, LM Booking will offer you at least 2 alternative dates. If none of the alternatives work for you, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee.

Yes, studio owners can update their prices and availability at any time. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll make the necessary updates to your profile on the platform.

Yes, you can change your booking, but please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to the studio’s availability. For any booking-related questions or issues, please contact us via email or the contact form on our website. Currently, we offer support exclusively through email at info@lm-bookingagency.com

Yes! You can book a studio for as many hours as you need. If you require special time slots, multiple days, or extended sessions, simply write your request in the “Custom Request” field during booking. LM Booking will review your request and confirm availability if applicable.

After the payment for the reservation fee (15% of the total booking amount) is confirmed, you will receive an email with the full address and all the necessary details for your booking. The remaining payment will be made directly at the studio.
